Is Neighbourhood Liverpool wheelchair accessible?
Neighbourhood Liverpool is an old iconic venue which is also a listed building, therefore due to the design of the space, access to all areas may not be accessible for all guests.
We have several stairs to gain entrance into the venue, however a ramp can be acquired. Our main restaurant is on an elevated level which a ramp is unable to cover and unfortunately, we do not have a lift within the venue. If you require access, please call the venue on 0151 230 1717 prior to your reservation.
Is Neighbourhood Leeds wheelchair accessible?
Yes Neighbourhood Leeds is accessible for wheelchairs and ramps can be provided if needed. If you require access, please call the venue on 0113 426 0598 prior to your reservation.
Is there a cloak room at Neighbourhood?
There is no cloakroom at Liverpool but there is one at Leeds. Staff members are not responsible for missing/damaged items if left unattended.
Are children allowed at Neighbourhood?
We are a strictly over 18 venue throughout the weekend – all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Outside of this, people under the age of 18 are welcome if accompanied by an adult.
Anyone under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by an adult. We are a Check 25 venue and ID will be requested upon entry after 8pm.
What is the dress code for Neighbourhood?
The dress code is smart casual and we want you to dress to impress. Entry will not be permitted for guests wearing sportswear, beachwear, ripped jeans, flip flops, fancy dress, sliders or workout trainers. Smart trainers and smart cargos are permitted. Shorts are not permitted in the evenings.
Is there a lost property at Neighbourhood?
If you have lost an item, please call the venue from 9am and a member of the team will be able to assist. We are not responsible for any items lost/damaged.

Can Neighbourhood cater for allergies?
Yes we will do our absolute best to accommodate allergies and dietary requirements.

Is Neighbourhood halal?
All of our chicken is Halal certified and we can also provide a Halal Ribeye steak if you let us know in advance.
Does Neighbourhood have a children’s menu?
We do not have a children’s menu.
Bookings and deposits (7)
How can I book at Neighbourhood?
If you are a table of up to 8 the best way to book at Neighbourhood is via our website as it has live availability. If you can’t find what you are looking for online it is likely we are full at that time to please phone or email the venue directly to discuss this.
For groups of 9 or more, please call or email the venue directly and our of our reservations team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do I have to pay a deposit at Neighbourhood?
We require a non-refundable deposit of £20pp for groups of 10+ with the remaining balance due 1 week prior to your reservation date alongside a food pre order. This applies to all bottomless brunch, bottomless dining, and group dining menu reservations on a set price per head.
Do you offer a group discount at Neighbourhood?
We do not offer a group discount at Neighbourhood – we are sure you will have a great time!
Do you accept walk ins at Neighbourhood?
Yes we do however Saturdays are generally very busy and fully booked. The team will do everything possible to arrange a table for you. Outside of Saturdays walk in tables shouldn’t be a problem, but cannot be guaranteed.
What if I am running late?
We get it, delays happen. We allow a 15-minute grace period, after which time the table may be allocated to guests who are waiting. If you arrive late to your booking and we can still accommodate, the table is required back at the original return time.
What is the cancellation policy at Neighbourhood?
We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel your reservation, in the event of a no show or last-minute cancellation the card on file will be charged £20pp.
Is there a service charge for large bookings?
Yes, for groups of 10+ a 10% service charge will be added to your final bill.
